The Dimplex XLE sets a new standard for high heat storage in storage heaters and raises the bar above conventional storage heaters. There are 5 XLE models available with outputs from 1.02 to 3.3 kW.

XLE thermal stores offer dynamic accumulation calculation and adjust the amount of energy stored to the user's demand without unnecessary waste. As a result, more electricity can be saved thanks to peak energy.

With the built-in timer that allows heating times and temperatures to be set, users now have more control over their heating. The heat loss that often occurs with conventional storage heaters has also been significantly reduced, so that the room has a pleasant temperature in the morning and there is still enough energy stored to keep warm at night. The technical solution and the modern design make the XLE storage heater a good choice for modern construction to heat residential and commercial spaces.

Two inlets are required for the XLE. One 230V supply for the charging heaters in low tariff and the other unblocked for the fan and control.

Heat storage units are sophisticated heaters that use a cheaper tariff (2nd tariff) for night charging. They generate heat only where it is needed and only in the amount that is required. Thermal comfort ensures a healthy climate in every room. The principle of storage heating is charging and discharging. The unit collects and stores the heat during the cheaper tariff period (2nd tariff). Then it starts to release the stored heat into the room. The dynamic storage heater releases the heat in a circuit driven by a quiet fan. It blows heat into the room as needed. This method, in combination with a room temperature controller, ensures a high level of thermal comfort.
